My journey began with a call to your facility. A very nice receptionist Michelle referred me to Ben Walsh. From that time going forward, it was a very positive experience. I was interested in the 2010 GLK350 and Ben Walsh walked me through the entire process. After being very satisfied with the vehicle I test drove with Ben, he proceeded to search the network for the specific GLK that I desired. One was located in Morristown, NJ and things were set in motion for delivery. The vehicle was delivered and prepared so that I could bring it home on March 27th. I was very impressed with the operation of the staff in Union. Ben was most notable, along with Michelle (receptionist) and Quentin (delivery consultant). We have been a customer of yours for about 20 years now. We have had our Mercedes-Benz serviced in Edison until your Union Service Center opened. Luckily, we happened upon Michael Willie.
