The only reason we go to this branch of Ray Catena is because of Dawn. If they assign anyone else to you, insist on working only with Dawn. She is on top of everything, promptly answering texts and calls (which as everyone knows can be very important to alleviate car issue anxiety), arranging pick up and drop off, and overall just being so knowledgeable about processes and timelines.
