New Mercedes-Benz GLE Replaces and improves Upon Outgoing M-Class SUV, Says Kelley Blue Book®
Kelley Blue Book® recently reviewed the all-new 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE, a midsize SUV that is replacing the German automaker’s M-Class model line. Kelley Blue Book® reports that the GLE improves upon the M-Class with updated exterior design, upgraded interior amenities and new technology. Click “play” in the video clip below to watch the full report.
Kelley Blue Book®’s notes that all GLE models are 2-row, 5-passenger SUVs. The GLE’s boxy exterior design translates to very respectable room within. There is ample rear-seat legroom, and cargo room starts at 38.2 cubic feet with the rear seats upright and more than doubles to over 80 cubic feet with them folded. The exception is the plug-in hybrid, which loses rear cargo space since it houses the lithium-ion battery pack. Front seats are supportive and provide terrific sightlines all around.
